This Lenah Valley site had its challenges: a steep block facing spectacular views of Mt Kunanyi to the south. The client required a main house with three bedrooms, home office, pool and a separate two bedroom ancillary building for guests.

The house gulps in the sunlight using ‘north lights’, windows that pop the roof up along the full length of both buildings. The windows to the south face the building towards views across Lenah Valley and out to Mt Kunanyi.

This house is currently entering the construction phase, and photos will be posted upon completion.
