This project, designed in collaboration with Modulus Group, maximises stunning views on a very compact site. The four bedroom home is focussed on the sweeping views over the Derwent River and Storm Bay, whilst also allowing level access from the living area to a wind-sheltered alfresco area at the back. Materials are Colorbond Nailstrip and Cor-ten patina steel.
