Situated in amongst the sand dunes, this house is has been designed for the specific needs of the occupants: a growing family, love of surfing and the outdoors, low maintenance and sandy beach life.

Robust exterior materials were used for low maintenance and durability: oiled rough-sawn timber cladding and concrete block.

The main living areas were placed on a well glassed first floor level to take in the unimpeded views right out to Storm Bay, and to keep an eye on the surf.
